W126 timing adjust resistor
WOW! Taking that bad boy of the 560 SEL really made her fly. Smoothed out the idle too. Ya, this has been brought up many times. But just had to comment. I think I am going to adjust for 2 degrees though since 93 octane is the highest around here. 6 degrees though is insane. Fuel has come a long way in 20 years so I am confident I can go with 2 degree. No pinging now though, at least audible.

That is odd consider its pulling timing 6 degrees.

Well they only thing I can think of is that something else is out of tune? I have a new MB disty, plugs, Bosh wires, new injectors, etc. The PO did a TON of work on this thing.
