2002 C230 sometimes won't start
 

I have a C230 which has some kind of problem with the ignition system. When I turn the key it will crank strong but will not turn over until it times-out.

I had my mechanic replace the BCM (Body Control Module) and this seemed to work for about 3 months. I took it back to him and he says the module is fine, the wiring is fine but the ignition needs to be replaced. This is roughly a $1,000 job that can only be done at the dealer, otherwise everyone would just buy a new ignition for their stolen cars.

To get it to start again he reset the breaker, which is located under the rear passenger's seat. Now it's one month later and I need to reset this breaker again but a.) I cannot figure out how to get access to this since my seat doesn't want to open and b.) I do not know exactly which breaker to reset, as I'm sure there is more than one.
