300e oil capacity

how many quarts of oil does a 87 300e use?

probably 7-9 quarts. Should be in the owners manual too. my car takes anywhere from 7-9, but its an M104 engine.

If you do an oil/filter change. put in between 6 - 6.5 qts. No more than that.

Bo is correct. My '88 takes 6.5 quarts to bring it to the full line.
