connector for cd changer- 190e
 

I'm sure this topic has been covered somewhere in this forum, but my search came up with nothing. Can anyone tell me where to find the connecting cable for the trunk mounted CD changer? I have the Alpine head unit with CD capability.

My car is newer than yours, I have two connections, 1. power, 2.fiber-optic. (Alpine) I had a problem finding the power connector. I think that is the connector you are looking for. It is very small, black, about 1/8 inch square and it could be hidden under your wiring harness. You just have to remove side panels etc. until you find it. I assume your car is prewired for the CD.

Your car is the same year as mine. You will find your CD changer's harness wires under the passenger side plastic panel, you just need to pull it up.
