cosworth head on a non cosworth 2.3?

Is it possible to swap a 16v cosworth head onto a normal non cosworth 2.3?

Would you also have to swap over the 16 valve pistons?

Is there anything else that would need to be swapped or would it just be easier to swap in the whole 2.3 16v cosworth engine?

Thanks!

If it were easy, everyone would do it.
The head will bolt up to any M102 block, but nearly all the internals of the bottom end need to be swapped. Then there's the ECU and wire harness, the radiator and all other ancillary parts.

Thanks. I was just curious because I saw a w201 2.3 locally that was going for cheap money and that thought popped into my head. I don't think it would be worth it though, might as well just buy a cosworth already equipped.
