quick question....about 280te
does an '86 280te w123 command a premium as only 14 were produced? i found one that needs restored as was not sure if it was worth putting alot of money into the car. any thoughts would be appreciated.

I would say no. I fix these as I enjoy driving them, not for financial gains.

W123's are known for their long life and "engineered like no other car" quality.

Neat to have, but not worth any more. Is this the one in Florida at Biondo Palm Beach (or something like that)? If it is, you'll find that it's really a 1984 when you run the data card.
