cat. chunk in exhaust 300e

1990 300e Had three nickel sized holes in the nine inches before second muffler, cut out section and replaced it. Honeycombed chunk size of a walnut was in the pipe. I am now planning on removing all cats. and not replacing them. (non inspection state) Any advice on this process I will greatly appreciate. Will fuel trim have to be adjusted?

Thanx,

donnnooo

Cut them out and put in pipe. Take the Cats in to a scrap dealer and sell them. could get a 50-100 bucks for em. thats Platinum in there..
