W209 2003 CLK 55 AMG Window Problem

The passenger window goes down just a little when the door is opened. The problem is when the door is closed it does not go back up on its own like the drivers side? A mechanic friend said a switch on the door latching assembly inside the door is probably bad. I have the door torn apart and cannot see what switch he is talking about? The anti-tampering cover over the door latch assembly hides the any switches from view. Does anyone know what color wires go to the switch? I see 5 wires going from a module in the door towards the latch assembly. The wires are in two different harnesses. One harness is Red and Black. The other harness is Brown White and green. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks John
