1988 560SL - Oxygen Sensor Replacement Indicator Control Module

Is a 1988 U.S. 560SL (107.048) equipped with an oxygen sensor replacement indicator control module (N44/1)?

If so, where is the module located?

Only a few California models had that type of monitor ECU.
