W210 overfueling bad

Good day Nick and the team. I hoping you guys can assist me PLEASE. My W210 E280 with the M112 engine has a very, very strong gas smell, greyish smoke from the exhaust, lip burning smell as well as fuel coming out of the exhaust. Initially picked up a P0100 code with my iCarsoft MB V1.0. I have since replaced the maf with a brand new Bosch unit. I also replaced air filter, plugs and oil. Still the same thing. Also noticed fuel mixing with my oil. Plugged in the iCarsoft again, the P0100 code has now moved to historic and checked air flow through the MAF, its coming back as 1414.72kg/h, which is way over limit, even converted to grams its way more than what it should be. Injection time is about 11ms and O2 sensor current draw in in the region of 53amps. I would greatly appreciate some advice regarding this issue, anything I can check to isolate the issue? This is what I have picked up with my iCarsoft

your MAF is either really bad or something has really really screwed up somewhere, its reporting something like 280 gm/sec - it should be 2.8 gm/sec at idle and the injectors should be at about 2 ms at idle

try running it without the MAF and see what happens, I had this issue in another car (Chevy 3800) - the MAF was reporting more air than the engine could actually consume at WOT at redline, same issue as yours, fixed by a new genuine Hitachi MAF.
