Changing injector hose

I have a 73 SL 450, coming off the injector tubes to the nozzles are short sections of hoses with crimp on connectors on the nozzle side, How do I change the hoses, most of them are leaking?

You will have to remove the injectors and then cut off the fuel line or connector. You can then buy fuel line and use clamps at both ends.
