The Mercedes Classic Car Center might have your harness. As far as I know, no aftermarket harness assemblies exists.

I would heed the advice of an earlier poster, and do a compression check on the engine before sinking money into the wiring. That's a good starting point. If the engine was damaged internally, you may want to swap in an entirely new engine with matching wiring harness from donor car.
