What to do with my 1990 300CE car phone system and bracket inside the car mounted to the passenger side of console area in carpet.

How would I plug the hole if I cut the bracket away and make it look clean?

Is it a factory optioned system?

Well, they're all sorts of plastic plugs of all sizes and colors common in electronics.

In my 1992 it was removed, by the day 2006. I got this option discovered, only when antenna resigned and I found 4th connector.

To the OP: I would suggest pulling the parts and saving them (if you can) and some where there must be a plug or cover that will help clean up the appearance.

Pictures will help for sure.

For those interested, I plan to pull the phone system from my W210 and list it on ebay.

I removed the analog phone from my MY1998 and ending up selling it to someone who wanted to restore a similar model to stock condition even though the phone could not be activated.

every time I come across old phone crap I throw it away. I have zero use for it.
