buzzer whenever driver door is open...
I recently replaced the heater core in m '92 190e, meaning I had to re-assamble the whole dashboard.
everything works fine, except My glovebox light doesn't work (i'll check fuses), and every time I open the drivers door, the buzzer for 'let your lights on' sounds. the lights are off. any ideas before I just disconnect the thing? |

Are you sure it is not "key in ignition"? I would guess there is a sensor wire to the ignition switch for that. Maybe it did not get re-connected?

There should be a harness that has two 2 pin connectors that attach to the switch on the steering lock and its associated pigtail.
