84 190E Transmission Leak
 

My '84 190E had been leaking transmission fluid. It has a long shift from second to third, then was sticking. I added fluid & it just poured out from underneath. I was told I need to replace the transfer case seal. Does this sound correct & where can I get one?

You need to get under the car and see where the leak is, if it is the pan gasket you can get it from this forum.

fyi-84 190es do not have transfer cases. you need a second opinion as to what or where it's leaking. good luck, chuck.
