190E 2.6 Belt Tensioner Center Bolt

I have a question about the tightening and loosening of the serpentine belt tensioner. I am aware, based on my readings and research that the 13mm adjuster nut/rod is a left hand thread(lefty-tighty/righty loosey) but I'm not sure about the 19mm tensioner nut's threads. Is it a regular right hand thread (righty-tighty/lefty-loosey)?
The PO must have over-torqued the 19mm nut at the center of the tensioner because I can't turn it on either direction, so I want to make sure that I am turning it on the correct direction to loosen the nut without stripping the threads.
Any help and assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

The big bolt in the middle of the tensioner usually has a LOT of torque on it. You might need some sort of cheater to break it loose. It is normal thread.

The 13mm adjusting bolt is reverse thread, but left is still loose, right is still tight.

Mine is not the same vehicle - larger 103 motor - and I experienced this same thing when I replaced mine last winter.
