back light wiring on a 1972 Mercedes 220

I need to know if anyone out there has a wiring diagram for the back tail/brake/turn signal lights on the back of my Mercedes 220/There are 5 wires and I pulled them out because the back lights weren't working .I for got how to put them back together.Can ANYONE HELP ME!!!!
