No fuse, only the relay. Have you tried removing the relay & jumping the pins to run the pumps?

What about the fuse(s) on the top of the OVP?
No speed signal and no power to the pumps.
Engine will crank but not start.

Jump pins 87 and 15, then turn ignition on and listen for pumps spinning.

thankyou all for your input,my diag so far consits of,running a positive jumper to 1 fuel pump,it operates with ignition off,i have checked both fuses on top of ovp both fine, someone told my check fuse number 7,all underhood fuses fine,i also removed fuel pump relay, and ran the jumper wire, pump still operates with relay removed,i would guess the negative wires are chassis grounded to both fuel pumps, pumps operate with jumper and engine ckranks and runs with the jumper wire,im still diaging, not sure if its heading to be a defective relay tower,i will also check the pin numbers suggested, thanks

ok i replaced the fuel pump relay with a new spare i had found, pumps still do not operate, pins 87 and 15 are they in the connector end? i will now check them for a bad or broken end, does anyone know if the drivers passlock has anything to do with security system shutting power to fuel pumps? ive had issues in the past with the security system.another question is it possible the ignition switch controls power to fuel pumps?

I had a similiar problem on a 560sl, the ignition ezl , sends a voltage to the fuel pump relay and then the relay in turn will keep pumps running after cranking and running, after i diagnosed that, a good ezl ignition allowed power to the pumps, you need to get the wiring diagram for your car and see if thats the issue, in your case if you jumpered the fuel pumps at relay and the pumps run the car should start, if it starts jumpered but not with relay plugged in you need more testing, hope that helps

Good fuses on top of the OVP does not confirm that the OVP is good; you may want to replace it if you do not know for certain that it is good or if you do not know when it was last replaced.

See attached wiring diagram that does indeed show fuse 7 involved. Lots of components, connectors, wires and grounds to rule out in this circuit. Good luck.

In my case it was the t-d signal being lost to f/p relay intermittantly, had a volt meter hooked up and if my memory serves correct had maybe 9 volts and anything under car would die, 2nd voltmeter hooked up to fuel pumps verified power was getting shut off.replaced ezl and everthing good.
