1999 clk320 needs new lower control arm; what else?
 

The right lower control arm (which supports the coil spring) has suffered a tear in the metal, apparently from metal fatigue after 150,000 miles (I am original owner). Besides the replacement oem control arm, what else should be replaced? I'll be ready with a new ball joint since the one in there, only 2 years old, likely will be destroyed during removal, or so I'm told. Thanks.
