Ps2cho,
First and foremost, I would like to thank you for all your help and insight.

As of now, i'm reinstalling the intake assy. I pulled her back down at my boss's urging this afternoon. We were slow today and he figures I screwed something up. Double edged sword......Wish I found something I had done wrong at this point; unfortunatly no. But, I can strip an intake off a m117 in about 45 min now! lol!

I'm putting a fresh set of plugs in now and will finish her up in the am.

I did read a "Brotherton" post on IATN re: setting the base afr with the eha disconnected. Apparently this removes the electronic fuel control from the system and it reverts back to basic mechanical injection. I figure I will do this once I get her built back up.

I have tried to stay away from the eha adj. up to this time. I know I know.... From what I understad the small screw on the back is removed and there is a 2mm hex adjustment under that. Is that correct? I will look at the diagrams tonight and see how to rig up a dvom in series with it, and make the associated harness .

The afr stays fixed at 0, which on this car also is a trouble code from what I gather...idk This thing must have really had some air leaks for it to be running this rich now. But the idle quality was surprisingly good prior to be messing with it.

Thanks
John
