1998 e320 ac/heater blower motor replacement
 

Old blower fan ran slow and intermittently. bought aftermarket blower motor and regulator. plugged it in and it lit up the dash board without the key in the ignition. OH, the fans runs at about 25% too. The replacement part is sold across most all websites and looks identical to the dealer part. what am I missing?

I recently made the mistake of purchasing a cheap Chinese blower motor instead of a Behr or Bosch. I learned my lesson. If it is a Uro, it is a piece of garbage. I would send it back.

URO is chinese garbage dressed up with a fancy bag with german writing on it.

is there a replacement part that does work? the OEM blower is dead, hard to drive in MN in winter without heater blower. don't want to go without blower motor and prefer not to pay $950 to dealer.
