W126 remove rear door window?

How does one exactly remove the small windows on the rear doors? I had my panel apart to fix a door squeak and noticed just how bad the window needs a deep cleaning around the gasket, etc. So I would like to remove it. There was a gasket around it on the inside, but I feared tearing it when removing. And I thought it may actually wrap around the edge of the glass. I searched but the terms I used kept coming up empty.

Any help would be appreciated!

If you remove the window seal of the big window you find a small screw that fixes the pillar. To remove it completely remove the bottom screw also (inside the door).

Cool. I think I can figure that out. I also thought that pillar was welded on, great to know it is not. My covers are nearly falling off on that little pillar and I want to have wood covers made to match.

Thanks much!
