500sel rattling rear brake caliper

I have a rattling rear brake caliper, trying to figure out which part needs replacement. Phill from mercedes shop sent me a gif file showing the components, to make it a bit easier. He told me to contact Donny Drumm on tech. if your out there, give me some ideas of what might be the culprit. possibly worn bearing?
