Correct lamp replacement
 

Looking at the Osram Sylvania lamp replacement guide,I see there are two choices for the 2002 Benz E Class headlamps. One is halogen capsule----the other is with HID. Without removing the present headlamp on my 2003 Wagon (same as 2002),how can one determine which lamp type to get as a replacement...how can I tell what kind I already have?? Thanks for any help!!:confused:

If you have the Xenon HIDs, your headlights will be blue-white in colour instead of warm white, and there should be a yellow warning sticker (I believe it says '15,000', I can't remember without going to look at my HIDs) by the headlights on the inside of the engine bay.
