W108 280s 1971 Right mirror german version

Hey everyone, well I need a right mirror for a 280s 1971 , chasis No. 108.16-10-075910

Could you help me please?

I dont know where to buy it, or even if this model has this option?

Well I live in South America, Colombia, Bogota so its very hard to get parts for old benzes.
