how many kits Would I need to replace them? By looking at the pictures on fastlane, seems like I need 2 kits?

Not sure what you mean. I reused my old ones. All they are there for is shut-down shake reduction. So when the engine is turned off it does not rock the car so much. Keep in mind, we are talking Mercedes here. So most of us probably wont even notice the rocking if these mini-shocks were missing. One of those "features" that may be a little over-kill.

Although I will replace mine next year :)

What I meant was that if I replace the shock do I need the mount? Its more money than the shock! Im sure mine are bad but heck a diesel rocks pretty bad at shutoff so who cares?
