Update: Haven't done anything to it yet... but I did try it one more time, after it rained... The sunroof closes and pops up easier now... I noticed that when it's in the popped up position, closing it will always partially dislodge the left rear corner seal..., the solution is to retract the sunroof a bit so the sunroof gets past the seal... then just close it back up... this time the seal sits fine... So I guess it may be a seal issue. I may need to put adhesive at the corners as they are obviously loose... any tips regarding this? I think its pretty straightforward, but I do not know how it is mounted, haven't really looked. At this point if possible I do not want to remove the sunroof as it seems aligned already.

If you dont want to buy a new sel , remove the seal and reinsert all around the perimeter, reseating it and it might end up being tighter in the corners, if not you can use some adhesive to hold corners 3m makes a nice adhesive for emblems , not messy and dries clear, comes in a tube called 3m emblem adhesive, hold your parts for a few minutes and holds tight its a fast drying adhesive
