Well, I got my new hood ornament installed on the front now. I waited till I got the grille and new headlight doors & headlights put in. I fell it has the Mercedes look again with the new star. The original one got stolen a while back. After buying the new ornament, I was messing with it, and I managed to have it totally come apart, yikees!! Well, it is a challenge to get one of them back together, I think. It's not a rubic's cube though, but maybe overkill for a hood ornament.

I drove it for first time today with the hood ornament. It was a different sensation beings it was off for several months. I noticed this new ornament I got from Peach Parts seems to have only one position. It is straight up, and it seemed like the old one would do like 3 positions. Were there different kinds?? It was supposed to be for my model and year.
