Leakage

What is that leaking right behind the power steering reservoir? No indication it is coming from the reservoir.

you might need to reseal your power steering pump. there is a grommet of some sort in the inside that will leak. the pump is not one whole piece, it comes apart so thee leak may be doing through. monitor your ps fluid and see if it begins to run low

My pump leaks in the same place. I need a new one or maybe a new seal.

If the back side of the power steering pump pulley isn't oily and the hoses and fittings are dry, it might be worn o-rings between the reservoir and pump casing. Not difficult to replace.
