722.6 Mb automatic transmission oil fluid chance problem

I change the transmission fluids on my 2003 e500 transmission I believe is a 722.6 .the reason I changed it was because the pan gasket was licking for some reason so I added not the mercedes fluid but I used a capatible Castrol for inports cars and know my car wont run .I wont even twitch or nothing on any gear .I think the transmission pump is not pumping .But if someone out there had the same problem please let me no something .I will hate to put put a new transmmion if not needed .thank yall so much

Break a transmission cooler line to see if fluid is moving. Filter installed correctly?
