1. Are there 1 or 2 blower motors on this car?
2. Do you access them through the kick panel or inside the hood?
3. The fan has been squeaking and now intermittently goes out. It sounds as though water has gotten into the bearings. Do I need to replace the fan? The motor? Both? What would cause the leak? Can the bearings in the fan be replaced/rebuilt?

Blower motor
 

There is only one blower motor and it can be accessed by removing the cover under the hood right in front of the windshield. There are 4 or 5 phillips head screws that hold the cover in place. The blower motor is on the passenger side under the cover.
