where is the overvoltage protection relay located on a 300CE cabriolet?
I have to replace the OVP relay but cannot see it near the fusebox or the battery. Help, please. Mike Newhouse

If it is like 124 sedans from about 93 on (not sure of the earlier ones), there is a black piece of plastic direcly behind the battery. If you take the battery out (I find that is the easiest although you might be able to do it without that), and remove this piece of plastic, the relay is in the area toward the passenger compartment of the car. It does not just pull out; you remove the screws first.
