w126 interior to w124?

do w126 seats from a 560sec work on a w124 300ce?
do the seatbelt holder cover things work as well? as they seem almost identical.

I dont think so. The 126 seats are physically larger. If you can even fit them in the space, you'd need to modify the mounting and electrical connections.

If your 124 seats are crappy you can try doing this to them:
Padding Your Power Seats (w126 and alike)
and
HOW TO: Add Support/Firmness to your 201/124 seat

don't even know how they are, they seem okay, but the leather is all torn up.. man do i miss my fresh sedan seats haha..

i would swap em in, and just not ever change driving position, but the CE has weird vacuum connections that i have no idea how to pull out, and plugs are made for midget hands..

(i tried to stick a passenger seat from my sedan in, but i couldn't even get the CE seat out, cause the vacuums)

Check this out:

I guess if they bolt directly up...(I think the wiring is likely the same, but not entirely sure) then they could be put in. You'd just loose the ability to get in the back seat from the driver side lol.

which is not a problem as most of my passengers are women, and only thing back seats are used for is my bagpack
although i need to figure out the vacuum connections..
