Make sure you are testing the correct bulb, it is kind of hard to get to, it is way down low in that lense, they go out a lot. What year is the car?

Those are the parking lights. The bulbs are not typically found at the auto parts stores.

As noted, the smaller round light contains TWO bulbs, an H7 bulb for the High beam, and an H6W (little bulb) for the city/parking light. My guess is you bought and changed the wrong one.

European-oriented auto parts stores carry the H6W, or the dealer. Online they are very inexpensive, some dealers charge more than $10. Each.

As to the city/parking light: If you changed the H6W bulb and it is not lighting, check for voltage at the socket. If not, check the fuses, if they are good then there is a little inline fusible link (very small) that can burn out. If that's the case, replace it with an inline 1A fuse, that's the quickest and easiest solution.

Good luck.

The exterior lighting fuses are in the panel at the left end of the dash board. Those lights are sometimes called standing or parking as well as the low beam when the engine is running.

Rt. Low Beam is Fuse #6
Rt. Parking is Fuse #7
Lt. Low Beam is Fuse #8
Lt. Parking is Fuse #10

The H7 bulb you pulled out is the high-beam....amd apparently it's working fine.

You didn't check the fuses on the end of the dash as Richard noted.

Between checking the wrong bulb and the wrong fuses there's nowhere to go from here but up.

The city light isn't critical anyway, just leave it until the weather improves, eh?

Forgot to add - It's best to check fuses with a multimeter or continuity tester if you have one since eyeballing doesn't always work.

Just buy it online. You'll spend more on gas chasing it down than shipping will cost, and there are some online vendors that will ship free when you spend $50, which is easily done with a set of cabin, air and oil filters.
