head rest stuck up on 300 TE

My wife not the sharpest mechanical mind, but otherwise OK. I suspect she didn't know what the tiny button for and now stuck up way too high.
Fuse some where(I think not) the issue as all other seat buttons work as normal
I want to lower to a normal height suggestions please?

Can you still hear the motor when you pull up/down on the headrest switch?
