1995 c280 hesitaion when trying to accelerate

Hello everybody, I am the new guy. Bought my wife a black 1995 c280 a couple of months ago. Was running good when purchased, but a couple of weeks developed a bad hesitation when you tried to accelerate from idle. Sounds like it wants to stall, then suddenly takes off after about 5 secs or so. Check engine light came on too.
After reading some posts, and checking out the car, here is what I have done:
-replaced bad engine harness
-new ngk plugs, then found out I put resistor ones in, changed to correct bosch r8dc4 gapped to .030"
-new wires, plug extenders
-new fuel filter
-checked the coils with a timing light on the three wire, they all flashed to same, bought one new coil and tried on all three spots, flashed and sounded exactly the same. BTW my coil all had the blue stickers on, heard those might be prone to go bad. Was my test ok?
-tested fuel pressure, 50psi at idle, about 60 with regulator vac removed, no visible trace of gas from there, WHEN I SHUT OFF THE CAR, PRESSURE DIPPED, AND AFTRER 30 MIN WAS DOWN TO AROUND 18 PSI, from what I have read, should sustain 30 after 30 min. Could this be my problem? would it be the regulator, check valve, or possibly the pump? Pump looks orginal.

I have the replaced EGR with the red dot, and the updated OVP relay

Any ideas? My wife really wants her car back

Looking at threads talking about OVP, is there a way to test or jump this? Occasionally my abs light has come on, and that is listed as a symtom.
