W210 rear windows regulator cables and repair

Hello everybody.

It is a long time I have not needed any tech advice (fortunately cars are running fine)

But now I need help. both rear window mechanisms have failed. cable loose and plastic parts broken.
Is it possible to buy separate little plastic parts or the whole mechanism?
car Is W2310, 2000, 320CDI, European car but should not make any difference qith US car or other countries.

The cables are loose, How to rewind the cables (see picture attached)?

Can some body post a procedure to do it?

In advance many thanks

There is a plastic repair piece sold, but you may need to take the regulator out to repair anyway.
