HELP!!!!! 1997 E320 NO INJECTOR PULSE AND CODE P0460
 
OK IM BREAKING DOWN AND ASKING FOR HELP CAR HAS GREAT FUEL PRESSURE RUNS FINE WITH A SHOT OF STARTING FLUID NO INJECTOR PULSE AND CODE PO460 IF ANY ONE HAS ANY INFO THAT MAY HELP PLEASE LET ME KNOW REALLY HATE TO SEND THIS CAR TO THE GRAVE YARD THANKS

Is ther power to the injectors? Power comes from a fuse on the K40 relay module.

Code P0 460 has nothing to do with the running of the car.

Yes there is power to the injectors. But no ground.

Injector "pulse" is done by the ME fuel computer by the signals of both the
crankshaft sensor & the camshaft sensor.

Do the red/green lights on the mirror flash while operating the starter?

I will check the lights on the mirror tonight as soon as i get home. Im pretty sure they dont blink. The car runs great with starting fluid. I read somewhere on here that if it runs with starting fluid that tells you the the ignition system is good. Is that true???

Ok so the shop is saying I need a new key. Anyone have any info. Before I spend 200 on a new key.
