300 ce coolant light
My coolant light comes on about every 3rd or 4th day that the car is driven. It stays on for awhile, then goes out. All levels are fine, temp is fine. Is it a problem with a sensor???

The sensor does go bad. You can either unplug it or replace it (about $15). I have done once.

Check the coolant level when the light comes on. The pressure cap may not be releasing pressure causing the level to drop low enough to trigger the light. I replace faulty caps all the time.
