Can someone tell me what are the signs of warped rotors?

What are the symptoms of warped rotors? If it is a pulsating/vibrating feel, will you feel it everytime you brake? Or will you just feel it sometimes. Are the symptoms really obvious if your rotors are warped? Is this a major problem? Thanks in advance.

On the cars that I have had rotors replaced, I usually could feel it at low speeds as the car is almost coming to a stop. If you brake from a slow speed quite slowly you should feel the brakes come on and go off as the warped rotor contacts the pad and then comes off the pad. My 560 is currently like this and I am about to get them replaced. It has 70k miles so I think this is about right.

Matt.

The severity of the symptoms depends on how badly the rotors are warped. If they are really shot, then you will definitely know.

The brakeing should feel smooth, if there is any pulsing felt, they are probably warped.

I felt wobbling as if the spare tyre was loose when braking to a stop.
