S320 Leaking and Soaked Hose, please name it:

1999 S320 w140:





This is looking from the front bumper in, just behind the radiator.
Can this be a DIY fix?

A/C compressor line?

Could be a DIY for pretty cheap- better know how to vacuum down and recharge AC. Doesn't look particularly tough to get to, just unpleasant of course.

Looks like Oil from somewhere killed it. Is your compressor leaking out the front?

I'd look for the source of the oil

Interesting.. thanks. I'm having trouble finding the source of the wetness so I assumed it was just coming from the hose itself. I'll see what I can find and report back.
Added some more pictures trying to show the compressor
