w210 E420 Car Wont Start

Hello All,

Thank you for helping. My 1997 E420 isnt starting, maybe due to washing the engine. I changed all the plugs, blew out spark plug wells. Car cranks great, Just wont start.

I tried spraying a minimal amount of starting fluid in the engine, it did start for about 10 seconds, then died out again.

Is there a next step I can look into ?
