How do I get the new glass into position, old glass was smashed by some asswipe in a car park. Left front and right rear. I can't figure how to get the glass in from the top. Any help would be appreciated. Paul

If it is a w124, you have to pull off the inner rubber weather strip. From the inside of the door, you would slip it in like you would slip on a shoe. This works for the front, I have never pulled a rear window
