W124 Rear End Dip on Acceleration

Just hit 200K a few weeks ago...gotta have a 200K "problem", right? Well I have one finally.

Symptom: Rear end feels like its "dipping" or "jogging" to the passenger side right before the car actually accelerates. So you press the gas pedal at any speed, it dips, and then accelerates. It doesn't dip or sway when it shifts, even at redline. Rear end feels normal when to take a left or right turn hard which is odd. Only right before acceleration takes place does the symptom occur.

What I've replaced in the rear since buying the car: Bilstein Sports, Eibach Springs, Camber and Toe Bushings on both sides, Subframe bushings.

I know that a whole rear dogbone arm kit is probably in order for both sides. I haven't had the chance to pull the wheel off yet, it just started doing it today. But I wanted some opinions on the exact source of this "dip". It's not exactly a confidence inspiring feeling, especially the way I drive.

Also, how hard are the rear lower control arm bushings to replace or should I just buy new arms with the bushings already in place? Can I get away without a spring compressor on the rear for this work (just use a floor jack?)

Thanks in advance.
