Mercedes Benz C 220 Rearview Mirror Problems

Hey everyone, I have a Mercedes C 220 1996. The rearview mirror is so loose that it shakes constantly when I drive. I can't even adjust it without it comming loose again. It is a cromatic mirror with the infrared sensor on the bottom. I have no clue how to take it apart and see what is causing the problems.

If anyone has information on how to fix it, or take it apart please let me know.
