Fast Turning=Oil Light???
 

Alright so when im driven for around 10min or more if turn fairly fast my oil light comes on, it only stays on for about 5sec. I got my oil Changed like 1 1/2months ago...So i got fed up with this a few nights ago and pulled over at a gas station and checked my oil, it was fine. I don't understand why it's comin on? Anyone have any cures for this, or is it just something to not pay attention to?

This is because the oil is being pushed to one side of the pan away from the sensor, and thus it senses ow oil.

On my C280, there is a time delay built into the system that prevents the light from coming on in hard cornering. I don't know whether or not the 300E has a time delay built into it that is not working on your car, or if the light coming on is normal. If you are sure the oil level is correct, then it should not be a concern.

I figured it had somethin to do with the Oil goin to other way...My gas gauge does this to, when im goin up or down a hill it starts rattleing back and fourth. The only reason why i asked was because my old Mercury Sable never had that problem.
