300e Blower Motor Diagnostic Help
My daughters 300e's blower motor has stopped working. A while ago she had a similar problem but fixed it by punching the selector buttons hard repeatedly.
Now it will not respond to similar teatment. Obviously I suspect the switch, but want to make sure its nothing else first. I checked the fuses, including the one on top off the strut, all seems OK. I am getting about 6.5v on that fuse. On the connector (engine side of bh) I get very small voltages and they do not change based on sw position. Is there any other things I can test to prove the problem or is it time to take the switch out ? |
I would start with that 6.5v fuse. Pretty healthy drop for a 12v system.
