How to pull a W126 door in the junkyard?
Found a nice drivers door off an '87 300SDL in the junkyard for my '88 300SEL and in the same color too, WOOHOO!
What is the best way to remove it? My main concern is the wiring. Where are the connectors? Or should I just cut them off at the door. |

Where is it located? I need the passenger side front fender. What color is it? Interior? Mine is Pearl black metallic. Thanks

take the door panel off and disconnect everything inside the door; that's how i would do it. i think the only thing running into the door are the wires for the seat control, alarm, window motor, and exit light.

It's at Crazy Rays. Paint code 199 and grey interior.

If I'm just going to fish the wires from my car back into the new door, I might as well cut the wires at the door hinge in the junk yard. I though there may be a junction block where the door connects to the body by the footwell.
