Factory Recall 140 Drivers Regulator Maybe

I am running into a number of 140's with bad driver's door regulators. Does anyone know if their was a factory recall. Most of the bottom 3 inches of teeth are ate off.. thanks for any help

Maybe thats from people holding the button longer than necessary? Or did the 140s have limit switches to prevent things like that from happening?

James,

No recalls that I know of, but out here in the Western States. The rear passenger is a culprit. At the junk yards and on Craig's list. If any car has a window problem it is the rear-passenger window on the W140 Sedan.The drivers side seams to be okay out here!

No recall, I have gone tru at least 5 on both front and rear doors on my 92 some under warranty others on me
