ESP malfunction on C320 after battery change
 

I get a ESP not available after I replaced the battery in the trunk.

It's a 2003 C320

The clock has been set and everything is OK except the ESP not available.

The original Manual does not help me enough, it says turn on or turn off the ESP switch, but it does nothing.

Can any one help?

could this one of those idiosyncrasies where you turn the steering full lock both ways?
